Upgrade procedure from 0.1.x to 0.2.0:

1. Delete all files in the base folder (remember to change the default language
   again)
2. Copy all the files from the base folder of the distribution archive into the
   site's base folder
3. Delete the files in the folders inside the setup/i18n folder, except for
   0.inc which contains your front page.
4. Copy all the files from the folders inside the setup/i18n folder of the
   distribution archive into those folders in your site's setup/i18n folder, but
   remember //not// to replace the 0.inc file in any of the folders, or you will
   delete your front page's content and replace it with the default.
5. Copy the files in the distribution archive's setup/modules folder (not the
   folders) into the site's setup/modules folder, replacing the existing files.
6. Copy the two images called new_*.png from the distribution archive's
   setup/images folder into the site's setup/images folder.
7. Remember to reset permissions on the setup folder's content!
8. Open a browser to your site, you should get a list of tasks being done by the
   updater script.
9. When the updater script is done (it will say so), reload the front page and
   you are done.
